Refund / Returns Policy

Please note we do not accept Team returns (custom designed items) unless faulty.

Stock item returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached, resealable packaging and including hygiene seal where applicable. We will not accept tampered or worn returns.

Notification of returned items must be received within 7 days of purchasing and received within 14 days of purchasing.

Customers are liable for shipping costs on all returns.

We recommend all returns are shipped via registered post.

There is a restocking fee of 2% for any returned products (unless products are faulty).

All successful returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

The original delivery charges will not be refunded.
